Agile is more than Scrum or Kanban. Agile is an attitude, a mindset. Agility in teams doesn’t happen overnight and cannot be switched on and off like a desk lamp. But what does “agile” actually mean when you look at the ideas behind it, detached from everyday life, on a green field? The talk is intended to show how agile could and should run under optimal conditions and provides food for thought and tools to become and stay more agile.
Under this introduction, I presented my interpretation of the Agile Manifesto on February 18, 2017, at 11:00 AM at the team-neusta Campuskonferenz 2017.
