My talk: Develop Yourself - A Plea for More Software Craftsmanship

Software development should not just be dull code writing. For Ole Rößner, coding is a craft that requires training. To correspond to this guiding principle, Ole presented the Kata Workflow & the Randori Workflow and thus gave his audience practical methods to structure and simplify regular practice.
