The Furious Four

The “Furious Four” are a tool introduced in the book “The Agile Samurai” to clarify to project decision-makers in agile projects which project characteristics need to be compromised.

Projects are often “planned” with a fixed scope, budget, and a set deadline (Time). Quality is not negotiable; it should always be of high quality.

This tool asks project managers to define their priorities for the project. The catch is that two sliders cannot be at the same level, and they must decide where they want/can/must make cuts.
